Parents / Carers Inclusion Survey

Thank you for agreeing to take part in this survey. This questionnaire takes under ten minutes to complete and will help us understand how parents and carers feel about the way that children are included in early years and education; including nurseries, at school or college, further education and other settings.

We want to find out how welcomed children feel in early years and education  and whether they feel supported to achieve their potential both socially and in their learning.

To learn more about different experiences, we will ask questions about you and your family.

This survey is being carried out by the Children, Young People, Education and  Skills Department, everything you share with us in this survey will remain anonymous and confidential. We will not share your individual responses. The way in which your information is recorded means you can’t be identified. We will only share anonymised data, this will be shared with people who are working on the project. Summaries and anonymous quotes may be published.

If you have more than one child, you will have a chance to answer questions about two more of your children further down in the survey.

Note: The information you provide will be processed in compliance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018. For more information, see the  Children, Young People, Education and Skills privacy policy and retention schedules
