In accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 the controller is registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner and the registration number is 17756. Any data provided on this survey will only be used for statistical purposes to improve our service, but you will not be personally identified. The information will be stored on the secure database and within the secure and data protection compliant Smart Survey database. We do not process your information overseas using web services that are hosted outside the European Economic Area. We will not give information about you to anyone outside of the department unless the law allows us to, or failing that we will seek your consent.
