This consultation seeks views on several proposed legislative changes which aim to ensure the competition framework in Jersey supports business innovation and growth, keeps prices down and looks after the interests of consumers. The consultation relates to various complex areas of legislation which have been divided into four areas. 

A summary of the issues and proposals for each area are set out in the following papers, and the pages which follow in this survey correspond to them. You can provide feedback on any or all of these areas.
